currently milking 180 cows in dorset ! Sole charge of the herd AI lame cows drying off calving , working closely with vets and feed rep ! we are doing 10000 litres at calving Index of 373 scc 120 TBC 15 and a mastits rate of 7.7 per 100 cows

i "know" my cows and care for them very deeply and would like a simlar role for me and my family to enjoy

I have grown up around farming and have worked mainly with dairy as a herdsman. All aspects of dairy undertaken (milking, stockmanship, herd health, foot trimming, calf rearing etc).Will undertake all general tractor driving duties. very keen on cow health and KPIs and getting the most out of the herd but insuring they are well looked after
