Telehandler Operation: Experienced in safely operating a telehandler for moving feed, bedding, and hay bales around the farm.

•Mucking Out & Bedding Down: Proficient in cleaning out animal housing, applying fresh bedding, and maintaining hygienic conditions for livestock.

•Feeding & Livestock Care: Responsible for feeding dairy calves, suckler cows, and sheep, ensuring all animals receive appropriate nutrition and monitoring their health.

•Haulage & Trailer Use: Experienced in transporting feed, hay, equipment, and haulage of muck using tractors, trailers, and tankers for farm operations.

•Haymaking & Tanking: Skilled in creating and managing hay, including baling, moving, and storing, as well as using tankers for slurry or water distribution.

•General Field Work: Competent in a range of seasonal field tasks, including moving equipment, managing crops, and supporting busy harvest periods.

Experienced in dairy calf rearing, helping manage up to 600 calves in late 2024, including feeding, health monitoring, and general care.

•Currently responsible for 15 suckler Hereford cows, ensuring daily feeding, health checks, and calf management.

•Experienced in sheep husbandry, managing 100 lambing ewes last year and this year, including assisting with lambing, feeding, and maintaining clean and safe housing.

•Preparing for 300 lambing ewes outdoors in 2024, with experience in pasture management, lamb care, and moving sheep safely between fields, plus lambing them all

•Skilled in routine livestock tasks such as feeding hay, monitoring health, maintaining clean pens, and assisting with handling during busy seasonal periods.

•Confident working both indoors and outdoors, managing large numbers of animals efficiently and safely as part of a team.
