Have lambed small flocks both indoors and outdoors. Individually making vital decisions but also within a team. Have a good understanding of animal husbandry, can carry out tasks such as drenching, egg counts, foot trimming, vaccinating/injecting, identifying health concerns and illnesses effectively. As well as feeding, BCS, electric fencing. Experience with pasture raised laying hens in a mobile coup, electric fencing. Collecting, sorting and grading eggs as well as monitoring, managing the health of the birds.

Seasonal lambing position (2026) - Got stuck in with any and all lambing related task. As well as carrying out the looker in and worked professionally within a small team. adapting quickly to the environment and the system.

2023 - present. Varied livestock role on a regenerative farm. Tending to a small flock of Dorset sheep, herd of Guernsey cows and a pasture raised egg enterprise. Managed the family farm with my partner, selling produce direct to the consumer, assisting with direct marketing.

Other experience includes alpacas, capable at carrying out all husbandry tasks and responsibilities. Identifying issues and illnesses and handling. As well as extensive equine experience, from yard management to an equine degree.
