From a young age I have been driving all types of farm machinery, from small scraper tractors to foragers and combines. Mostly John Deere and new Holand. I am proficient in all aspects of cultivations, drilling, bailing and excavators.
Growing up on a mixed family farm, i have been around stock my entire life.
Or thought my CV doesnt show it, until recently I have constantly been involved in the family farm. With most weekends and evenings taking up with all things stock related, from lookering, feeding and bedding to lambing, calving and sorting fat for market or home kill.
Ive always had a keen interest in native and rare breeds.

Having spent many years honing my skills within the construction industry, I have developed a strong work ethic and practical knowledge. However, my upbringing on a family farm has instilled in me a lasting connection to agriculture, and I now feel compelled to return to my roots and pursue opportunities within this field.
Growing up, I was fortunate to experience life on a mixed farm comprising of a sizable amount of arable land, home to a flock of 1,200 Kent (Romney) ewes and around 150 South Devon cattle. This diverse environment provided me with hands-on experience in both crop and livestock management. Something that until recently, I was still heavily involved in.
I've always been passionate about nature and sustainability, and I firmly believe that we're just caretakers of this land for future generationsa perspective my father didn't particularly share.
Livestock have been a big part of my life from my earliest memory, and I can honestly say that I am at my happiest when I am around them.
I'm married with two young children. My wife, a Vet, and our kids share my passion.
I am also proficient in all vermin control with both my Section 1 and section 2 Gun licences.
I am seeking a position where I can fully dedicate myself and establish a stable environment for my family.
