Other livestock experience

Most experience I have is with sheep on my smallholding. As well as the 200 herd of shropshires on my family farm in the midlands. I'm also a sheep shearer by trade. My experience with cows comes from my experience for 4 months in Canada on a beef ranch with over 1000 heifers. As well as a much smaller herd of 20 dexter hephers on the family farm. I worked as a laborer for a pig farmer, helping to raise, feed, and send them to market.

2024 ranching Canada beef, herding thousands of cattle at a time, being aware of different illnesses and deformities to look out for in the calves at foot.

2024 Large-scale Fencing contract. Fencing with tractors, bikes, excavators, and bulldozers. doing more than 17 km of fencing.

2025 Farming Beef and Sheep: Both forms of animal husbandry i honed my skills on the family farm running the lambing shed gave me a great experience and taught me many lessons.

2025 tree felling and forestry.

2025: 3 months as a dairy relief agent and herdsman.

2026: 4 months running a goat and sheep operation in Dorset.
