I have extensive stock experience working with sheep and cattle for over 6 years in a range of farming operations including, The Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, Roves Farm & Visitor Centre and smaller family farms. I have experience of all practical aspects of a stockperson role including lambing (indoor and outdoor), calving, feeding, bedding up, scraping out, administering preventative and reactive medication and treatment and de-horning. I am committed, reliable and flexible to the reactive demands/hours of a farming role and am used to working outside in all weathers. I also have experience in livestock sale/purchase, stock performance & monitoring, record keeping, grazing management (assessing grazing pressure against management plans and agri-environmental scheme targets), farm regulation and policy adherence.
