Keeping silage clamps clean and tidy .

Assisting manager with general stock duties on a grower to finishing unit .

Power washing pens , houses

Health and wellbeing of animals and treat any sick animals accordingly.

Keeping medication books up to date .

Moving animals around unit with care and always keeping a look out for any hidden dangers or obstacles that could do harm to the animals and to yourself

Loading and unloading of livestock/ non livestock lorries.

Filling out properly movement licences .

General maintenance.

Looking after 60 store cattle

Riding around the fields checking on sheep at lambing time on quad bike .

Sheep Arable 550 Acre Farm , Hampshire

General stockman duties feeding beef cattle with the right amount of rolled barley bags and straw bales . Bedding up yards , cleaning out yards , moving cattle and sheep down roads to get to correct grazing fields

Corn carting , bale carting , autumn cultivation s.

Power washing of equipment and combine .

Sweeping grain stores , cleaning dryer and elevator pits . Getting them ready for Harvest

General farm duties.
