Driven john deere, fendt and massey, mainly yard jobs like feeder wagon work muck hall ect, either some silage and feild work experience and alot of bale leading experience.

I attended brymore academy from the age 12-16 I have always been keen and enthusiastic to be on the farm with all my spare weekends been used to work on the school farm these duties included general feeding and watering of stock, shepherding checks.

In all my school holidays I worked on my local farm which had 300 llyen ewes and 80 white faced woodland ewes as well they had up to 50 fattening pigs and 40 Sussex breeding cows. I would carry out all routine jobs such as feeding, monitoring weights, worming, and vaccinating ewes and lambs. Over the four years I working there I also learnt to be a very diligent lamber and cade lamb reader.

After Brymore I moved to an organic dairy farm where I solo milked 240 Friesan cross cows on a 20/40 swing over parlour, while working for this farm I learnt how to become a confident and largely successful calver during our busy block calving period , while at this farm I carried out duties such as scraping at bedding cubicles, rearing replacement heifers and have done a little bit of foot trimming.

Then I was working for a family dairy farm in Lincolnshire where I worked with my partner milking 180 cows and rearing 500 beef cattle. And had our own calf rearing enterprise.

I then went on to a large beef and store lamb farm finishing 100 cattle per week and tending to upwards of 20k store lambs.

I then went self employed for lambing i started in sussex lambing 400 llyen x ewes then to Ireland to lamb 350 texelx ewes i then went to wales to lamb 2200 welsh ewes and welsh inovis ewes before heading to scotland to lamb 1000 blackies solo outdoors in glenshee. I then went on to do gathering and fank work for 2500 ewes ans lambs and 5000 wethers on a sporting estate in angus.

I then took on 800 mule ewes where i was in charge of all management and tasks to do with the flock aswell as assisting there sucker herd of 300. Im currently lambing again while helping out on my partners dairy farm.
