Farming background

I have a background in operations and project management, including running my own business, where I was responsible for logistics, budgeting, team coordination, and delivering work under pressure in physically demanding and often outdoor environments.

I have since made a deliberate move into livestock farming and currently work as a Stockman, caring for pigs, cattle, and sheep within a mixed system. The role involves daily husbandry, welfare checks, fencing, pasture management, and responding to time-critical stock issues.

My previous experience has given me strong organisation, problem-solving, and reliability, which I now apply to farm work. I am practical, adaptable, and committed to farming as a long-term career.
