Shepherd/ general farmworker have been working on a sheep farm for the last 6 months since moving from islay where I spent two years building back the farm to have the owner sell everything.

Running 50 cow spring calving, Running 120 sheep on estate mix of blackies and Cheviots. Been in charge of all dosing of cattle and sheep, keep track of all drugs use in to book.

Been working on a farm now running 600 mules and few cows while also checking other ground with sheep and cows.

Now on a farm looking looking after 1600 ewe a mix of cheviots and blackies.

Farming background

Grow up help with sheep on sporting estates all my life. For last year been running 2000 arce hill farm on Islay run 50 beef cows with spring calving block outdoor, did all tagging and treatment of cattle for tick, fluke and worms.

We then added 120 sheep back with the idea to grow the sheep numbers. Was in charge of doing the lambing and treatment of all sheep. And gathering both sheep and cattle in with my 4 year old collie and have a 2 year old huntaway I also have a pup am bringing on.

I also replaced a lot of the fences and repaired and patched fences that could be saved.

Did all the topping of fields and rolling of the grass parks.
