Where would you like to work?

The opportunity to work for a mixed enterprise that incorporates both livestock and arable farming, would be of primary interest to me. Practising regenerative agronomy methods to enhance soil health and thus, subsequent crop yields would further enhance said interest. The ideal role would offer a blend of practical, administrative and problem-solving tasks, with room (or need) for occasional creative and abstract thinking. I'm not looking for a job, but a career opportunity. No job is too small, and I like to get whatever needs doing done. However, tasks should be proportionate to an assets ability or potential, and therefore while I'm confident from experience in my ability to fulfil GFW requirements, formal training and room for progression is essential to ensuring we are working in tandem to achieve our goals.
