Solely managed a small flock of 60 Southdown and Suffolk ewes before moving on to become 2nd shepherd to a flock of 1000 breeding ewes. Experienced and confident in jobs including worming, crutching, lambing, lambing duties, hoof trimming, and other sheep maintenance. Confident and experienced in pulling livestock trailers.

Present - 2nd Shepherd to 1000 breeding ewes including 100 pedigree Hampshire down ewes. Including all aspects of sheep work such as worming, fly treatments, hoof trimming, movements, lambing, weighing and foot bathing.

Stockman cover work for the herd of 60 pedigree Sussex cows which includes bedding up barns, mucking out barns, feeding haylage using straw chopper, and ring feeders.

2022-2024 Shepherd to 60 ewes - total responsibility for the flock. Carried out other tasks including topping grazing fields and rolling fields. Telehandler experience with mucking out livestock barns and transporting and loading bales.
