I have experience with ATVs and quad bikes, but I lack experience with tractors as Ive been mainly doing sheep and beef work. I have driven Honda quad bikes and have driven atvs like kubota John Deere and corvus. I also have a chainsaw license. I also have my tellehandler ticket and have driven frontal pivot and normal telehandlers mainly using buckets and forks but will catch on easily for other implements.
I have a lot of experience with sheep and beef as Ive worked as a livestock worker for the last 2 and a half years. I have gained some experience with goats and pigs as the farm I currently work part time on. I have been mainly doing sheep work but also love working with beef animals mainly suckler herds but Im not bothered. The breeds I have worked with for sheep are Dorset, charolais, Suffolk, clean and some beltex. I have worked with all sorts of beef animals in my first job as they bought from dairy farms and from market, so have worked with Angus, charolais, Hereford and Sussex mainly.
I have also completed three weeks of night lambing alone so am very confident when it comes to lambing.
Male
I also have experience doing ground work so would be helpful when it comes to building work

I am not from a background in farming so started in my work year. I started in September 2021 where I worked on a intensive beef farm in Gloucestershire which had 4000 cattle, after four months i decided I wanted to do lambing and sheep and beef work, so I finished the rest of my work year there and finished full time work in September 2022. Throughout my last year of college I carried on working part time at the same farm and am still working there today.
