Farming background

I grew up on a mixed farm and started helping out on the farm at a very early age. I have worked on arable and dairy farms most of my life. I have worked in agriculture and plant contracting, prison farming supervising inmates to work.

I moved into larger scale farming, spraying vegetable crops.

In recent years I have worked on smaller arable farms doing the spraying, cultivating, grain store and loading, harvest, machine maintenance, liquid fertilisation application, planning and record keeping. Chemical audits, I have done team management and farm management on a dairy farm.

Recently I have worked on both Dairy and arable farms carrying out all necessary duties.
