With a diploma in Agriculture and Livestock Production, I'm confident in my ability to provide high-quality care for your animals. As a seasoned livestock handler with experience in cattle, sheep, pigs, horses, and dogs, I've developed strong skills in animal husbandry, including calving, milking, and feed management. My experience running my own holding has taught me the importance of record-keeping, compliance, and maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. In addition to my agricultural experience, I bring skills from my current role as a self-employed building contractor, including machinery operation and maintenance. I'm competent in operating a 360 excavator, forward-tipping dumper, tractor, and other equipment. I'm a motivated and committed individual with excellent communication skills, able to work alone or as part of a dedicated team. I'm willing to relocate and provide support during busy periods, such as calf rearing. I'm excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to your team and contribute to the success of your farm. Thank you for considering my application.

I have some butchery skills, and I have also worked as a groundworker on building sites which including alot of physical work. I also worked for a haulage company as a porter which involves hands on work, working long hours etc but my passion is for farming and I would be very happy to get back into that lifestyle for myself. I have experience driving some farm machinery but would always ask if I was unsure of anything. I would like a job which would include accommodation but I am willing to work on a farm that does not. I'm a Lancashire lad who's hard working and would love to join your team.
