Other livestock experience

Live on a dairy farm working alongside my father. Have lots of experience milking on my own, in a 10 unit swingover herring bone parlour. Well able to handle newborn calves icluding milk tubing, tagging, disinfecting the naval etc.

2012 to present on a 200 acre dairy farm milking 150 cows. Have covered all activities associated with a dairy herd from milking and calf rearing to herding young stock. Also have knowledge in grass management including rolling, fertiliser spreading and slurry spreading and grass measurement and soil testing.
