Farming background

From a young age I have always been keen to work, gaining my first job from the age of 12 milking goats and looking after the farm's sheep and other animals. I have a vast amount of experience in the dairy industry, both with the milking side/calf rearing as well as the tractor/machinery side. I am good at handling cattle, both beef dairy and youngstock. I have a wide range or experience within the sheep sector after having been a shepherd for a number of years, I have two trained sheepdogs and my own truck. I am able to perform and carry out any sheep related task independently and I am able to make and apply flock management decisions.

I run a small sheep flock of my own which at the moment is primarily used to produce boxed lamb and for training dogs I enjoy overland travel with off-road built trucks, I have taken them to Iceland as well as all around Europe
