I’ve worked with many types of machinery and sizes with my previous employers and also when assisting local contractors. This role included operating tractors and machinery including field work, slurry tanker, feeding equipment. I also gained experience working with livestock, fencing, mechanics and building repairs and maintenance.
Previous livestock experience - feeding, bedding, dosing, scanning, showing, ect with a herd of 120 cows and likewise with a flock of 1000 sheep.

Worked full time on farms since the age of 16, firstly on a mixed beef, sheep and horse farm and until now on a farming estate with beef and sheep and arable. I furthered my experience in tractor driving and machinery operating including ploughing, sowing, fertiliser and lime spreading, spraying, hedge cutting, silage mowing, baling and pit silage, topping, grain carting, ect. I am also confident in the use of GPS systems. I have developed my digger operating skills including road construction and repairs, ditching, field drains and landscaping.
