General Farm Worker job on Arable Farm <=>Stratford upon Avon<=>

We are looking for a skilled, committed, Arable Operator to work with a large and progressive family run, arable farm.  Based primarily around Stratford upon Avon. 

The role is full time and is for the main operator position.  Duties will include but is not limited to Spraying, Grain Carting, Cultivation, Drilling, Fertiliser spreading, Combine relief work, Loadall work, and any other ad hoc work as and when required.

Ideally you will have PA1, PA2 certification and a Telehandler certificate.  However full comprehensive training will be given to the right candidate.

Attributes sought include enthusiasm; experience of modern farm machinery; close attention to detail; and self-motivation.

You will report directly to the farm manager working in a small team of 3 permanent farm employees.  Career progression is possible for the right candidate.

Accommodation can be provided if needed for the right candidate.

Good rates of pay will be offered to the ideal candidate.
