Dedicated Youngstock Rearer & General Farm Worker job in <-->Lancashire<-->

Modern, progressive, intensive dairy farm milking 350 holstines 3 times a day in a new dairy unit.  Calving all year round. Looking for a dedicated youngstock rearer.  Preferably with a full driving licence.  Must be experienced with livestock and passionate about their work.  Daily tasks include feeding calves, bedding, upkeep of hygiene, tagging, disbudding, medical admin and record keeping.  Also heat detection, milking, sheep work and basic tractor work.  Looking for someone to push the enterprise forward. Must have a keen eye for detail and be honest, reliable and be able to work alone and as part of a team.
