Farming background

Studied animal management for one year at Usk College, my courses involved animal biology, animal care, animal nutrition, animal behaviour and farming. I am currently working as a senior operative at 2 sisters food, I manage a team of roughly 30 personnel and responsibilities include planning, communicating with other teams, ensuring that our final product is perfect. I also deal with disciplinary actions and have experience with conflict management. Prior to this I worked at a Quality assessor at the same company. My Job involved completing audits, dealing with customer complaints and ensuring the manufacturing processes complied with national standards.

Hobbies

My hobbies outside of work include, hiking, jogging, caring for my allotment, wild camping, going to concerts, photography, reading, and caring for my animals (2 dogs, 1 African Snail, Tropical fish)
