Farming background

I am a 30 year old engineering graduate looking to get back into agriculture. I grew up on a farm with 300 breeding ewes and a small arable contracting business run by my parents. At the age of 16 I decided to pursue a career in agricultural engineering and gained a degree in mechanical engineering. I went on to work for John Deere at their European headquarters in Germany and most recently at a well known sprayer manufacturer. Although my work is still connected to agriculture I still have a hunger to get back to the hands on farming that I grew up with.
