Owner 04/2008 to Present AS Crewing – Stoke-on-Trent, England I own a stage and technical production crewing company. Built from the ground up over eleven years. Increased turnover to over £300000 PA. Contracts with some of the worlds most well know artists and musicians. Logistical planning. Excellent people skills with a staff of over 40. Office/ clerical/ financial/ book keeping. Onsite construction. Client Liason skills. Microsoft and apple software literate. I am no longer involved in the day to day running of my company and am looking for a fresh challenge. Manager 09/2003 to 04/2008 Rattle & Drum Music – Derby, England Store manager for an independent chain of Drum Retail Specialists. Responsible for all aspects of the store including: Staff management, Stock management, Customer help/ problems, Suppliers, Payroll, Finance, Advertising. Farm Hand 09/1987 to 09/1999 D Clowes and Son – Kingsley, England Farm Hand on a 400 cow dairy farm. I began as a young boy aged 6: Feeding and bedding calves, Bringing in cows for milking, limited dumper/ tractor work, Caring for sheep/lambs and poultry. As I became older I advanced to a paid position aged 12 and gained more responsibilities/ experience including: Milking assistant, Trailers and other implements.
