National Diploma in Agriculture with mechanisation bias at Plumpton Agricultural College, East Sussex. Award for top student in machinery and top student in crop production. Assistant to farm manager, 1000 acre all combinable crops, Essex. Duties included ploughing, drilling, spraying, combining, chain saw operation.
