In my previous job where i was an assistant herd manager it was my responsibility to carry out all routine vaccination, vet visits, lameness scoring, drying off, all paper work, fresh cow checks, caring for any poorly cows, calf rearing, dehorning, tagging registering, movements, PD's, calving, etc.

I have been working for a feed company for the last 18months doing both an account manager and young stock specialist role. I thought this would have been my dream job however I have such a strong passion for cows particularly heifer rearing that I really miss the hands on practical work. As a result of this I am looking to move back to farming
