I HAVE COMPLETED A QUAD BIKE COURSE BUT HAVNT YET TAKEN THE TEST. I AM FULLY COMPETENT ON A QUAD BIKE. I ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE ON A TELEHANDLER BUT HAVNT GOT A TICKET FOR IT. I HAVE DRIVEN MANY DIFFERENT TRACTORS.

Other livestock experience

I have worked with young stock at college, calves and lambs. I enjoyed milking and was not put off by the early morning starts. I am not squeamish, I can cull when I need to and will get stuck into whatever is asked of me. I carried out all duties when i was lambing, I ran the lambing shed by myself and thourouly enjoyed it. I have attended vet visits in the dairy unit, and would love to learn more and become an assistant herds person.

I HAVE Worked solo in a lambing shed for 3 weeks as well as the lambing duties I did at college. I have had dairy/young stock experience through my course at Sparsholt college, getting up at 2.45am for 4am to start milking was fine for me.. I Have also worked in a pig unit and have a experience on tractors and quad bikes.
