Farming background

Grew up on a farm(s) helping my father and other friends on their farms: rounding up cattle and sheep for milking/shearing (using three-wheeler and, later, quad bikes)- helping with lambing - haymaking (small bale). Later experience as a temporary herd manager (stock experience highlighted above - little to no support provided, so I left the farming environment). Subsequently had a successful and hard-working career at an elite level in sport, before being given the opportunity to undertake a distance learning course in Farming Management (Graduated 2018 - Distinction) with a view to returning to farming.
