My tractor experience is very limited and I will be open and say I do need to be trained on machinery usage. I am a competent driver and have a full clean UK driving license, and experience driving farm trucks and large vans also. I have driven a tractor and also handled a tractor trailer. But this is under supervision and only now and again.

I have lived on a dairy farm previously with a partner who was inheriting the farm and so now and again alongside my own full time job elsewhere I would help with calf rearing by feeding, bedding and handling, and would also spend time watching as they were milking and helping with TB tests as well as AI's.  2015-Present (Starting full time and now return freelance). Main duties:  Turning out horses to a high standard ready for national and international shows.  Mucking out 10+ stables daily and maintaining a clean and safe working environment for both horses and staff.  Handling expensive Sporthorses daily, exercising, grooming, and tacking them up ready for Jamie to ride.  Dealing with young horses, training them and helping them to learn.  Dealing with clients, possibly sharing information on horses they are looking to purchase and helping Jamie prepare the horses for viewing.  Plenty of manual labour including the stowing of feed bags and hay/haylage bales.  Yard maintenance duties, such as fence fixing, stable repairs, painting and other similar duties.  Animal Homecare 2015-Present (main employment when not working with horses). Main duties:  Sole responsibility for homes, small holdings, and farms for when clients are away for a period of time.  Feeding, exercising, and general care for a range of animal species.  When on farm stays, I am sometimes required to operate farm machinery, but as mentioned earlier in my skills, I have limited experience in this.  Administration of medication. (This would be anything from daily pills for a geriatric dog to intra injections for livestock.
