I am rugby captain at Dursley Rfc in my age group, I have also represented Gloucestershire county and Portsmouth university as a pack leader or "vice captain". I was a school prefect between year 10-12. I'm a scout leader at my local unit where I have been a regular member since I started scouting aged 6. I'm a member of the local amature dramatics society. And am a regular gym goer, I have a Pb millitary press (overhead press) of 60kg and a squat of 220kg, however I have been training cardio recently so these may be lower, but I hope it shows my physical attributes well.

I have worked as part of a small team of personal trainers we would be on a rotational list including administrative duties, personal training, writing programmes, working with money, looking after customers and cleaning the gym equipment making sure it runs smoothly, as well as cleaning the yard. May 2014 - may 2014 Blue coat school - play assistant Administrative duties and preparation activities including food before a session starts as well as supervising and joining in with the kids activities. Providing minor first aid and advice to the children. Sep 2015 - Aug 2017 Tesco - check out assistant Working on Checkouts as a customer assistant, working in the warehouse and helping with the logistics of the loading and transport of foodstuffs upon entry into the store. Nov 2014 - Dec 2014 Katharine Lady Berkley school - PE teaching assistant Preparing lessons, organising large groups of children and teaching a wide variety of sports, as well as managing and coaching teams. Sep 2017 - Oct 2017 Defra - Policy Advisor Administritative duties within a large government organsisation. I was employed to correspond with stakeholders over policies relating to the illegal trade in animals and contraband. Aug 2017 - Sep 2017


Rugby- played for gloucestershire, Dursley,Klb (my local school), and Portsmouth university. I have been a regular 5 a side football competitor over the last year. I train in Karate- at which I've achieved black belt status by the age of 14. I'm a scout leader at my local unit and I'm also a member of the a mature dramatics society.
