I studied agricultural farming at Kirkley Hall College. My time at college started in 2011 through my experience at Kirkley Hall I have gained many valuable skills such as motivation, patience, social skills, co-operating within small and large teams and dedication. Despite it being an agriculture course it has taught me many other useful skills that can be applied to the workforce such as IT skills, I am quite confident using computer software.

Lambing season South Dissington farm - Newcastle upon Tyne which involved looking after sheep and cattle and co-operating with 10 other men. This was a tough job to do but the outcome was success. Through this achievement it has taught me to adapt in any working condition and working with others and not only that but I was able to solve my own problems as well as others if we faced any.

Farming background

Work experience At Kirkley Hall College entails work experience within the course working for different companies. My most recent work experience would be last year lambing season at South Dissington farm. It was a massive achievement and I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was an overall success as the outcome as the owner of the farm offered me the job for the following lambing season.


My main fun is too go cliff jumping with my friends. Go karting Paint balling Lots of banter.
