Beef and sheep - worked at farm in south wales with 400 ewes and 75 cattle where I have carried out calving duties, lambing indoors and outdoors, night lambing, waning cattle and sheep, tagging, dosing, foot trimming recording, record keeping. Part-time Farm Assistant working with the farm owner and under my own initiative to carry out general farm duties such as animal husbandry tasks such as lambing and calving, feeding livestock, machinery operations and general maintenance. The Farm consisted of 900 ewes and 50 pedigree welsh black cattle. Dairy - Milking 400 cows on a grassland based organic farm in hereford carried out relief milking, cow bcs management and assisting Youngstock managment setting up usibg tru-test equipment. Time in New Zealand - milking 400 cows in NZ, worked over calving, calf rearing and other day to day tasks such as milking and recording cattle etc. Beef - worked at sheep and beef station with 500 cattle in NZ helped over calving to weaning, tagging, ringing and recording calves. Sheep - worked at sheep and beef station with 16,000 sheep in NZ worked over lambing and waning. carried out a number of tasks recording, tagging, weighing,tailing and weaning.

I was secretary of the Agricultural society at Aberystwyth University in 2014/2015, in this role I helped to set up the society and organise other events such as dinners and clothing for society members.
