Farming background

I have recently returned from working on livestock farms in New Zealand, Australia and mainland Europe. Previous to this I kept my own flock of sheep while working for a popular farming magazine. Managing my own flock means I am happy working on my own initiative but also enjoy working as part of a team. I consider myself an experienced shepherd/stockperson, empathetic and extremely passionate about British agriculture. My career history also includes agricultural journalism, a trait I find very helpful in marketing of products and communicating with the consumer.
