Have used a JCB loadall to move, scoop and lift objects- I am capable but would need a little more practice. Have done basic tractor driving but would need help learning the hydraulics but I am very keen to learn this but didn't have the opportunity to learn this in previous employment. Have driven trucks with trailers attached, and can reverse them. also have driven quad bikes confidently to herd sheep and to aid in the electric fencing jobs.

Other livestock experience

Worked with sheep carrying out tasks such as worming, ear tagging, foot trimming, vaccinations, jetting the fleeces, medical treatment for fly strike, eye infections, foot rot etc. Have experience moving flocks, flock management, banding and just general maintenance of the health and care of livestock. I also have experience lambing the ewes, as well as taking care of sick ewes and their lambs during the lambing season. Experienced in caring for cade lambs, with health checks and treatment for illnesses and ailments. Some experience in skinning lambs for adoption to ewes. With this I also have some experience in working the sheep dogs for benefit of moving the sheep.
