Farming background

I attended Writtle Agricultural College in Essex and studied Leisure and Heritage Management from 18 and have been a tour guide and house manager since. I don't have any Agricultural qualifications but I have experience helping on my parents mixed beef and arable farm and also friends farms too. I am keen to find work on other farms around the country to give me experience of other farm businesses and other people, as a tour guide and house manager I have enjoyed working with other people. My dream job now would be outside, getting dirty at work for a change and working with other farmers and with animals and machinery. Whilst in Oxfordshire I have done half a dozen days voluntary work learning to milk on a large dairy farm, also helping on friends dairy farms too with milking. I am currently based in Oxfordshire where I am a tour guide and Blenheim Palace however I am willing to move around and see the country. I hope that someone will give me time to train me up as I have limited machinery and tractor experience although I am used to being around cattle and horses, I would also like work with pigs too. I hope to at some point work for a contractor as well. All I need now
