Whilst I may not have much experience or a solid background in farming, I am a keen and fast learner and would love a chance to join the farming community as this is something I've always wanted to do. Helping out my local farmer in Scotland gave me first hand experience of what farming life is all about.

Assisted local farm when living in Scotland; have livestock handling experience gathering sheep with dogs, shearing, banding, clipping and marking lambs, assisted with fencing repairs, helped prepare pedigree Highland bulls for the auction in Oban. Also ran croft of 10 acres with vegetable garden, 3 dogs, 65 ducks and chickens and assisted with sileage raking and baling. Produced vegetable boxes for locals and holiday makers.
