Ive completed courses on Safety around cows & bulls, Emergency First Aid, Safe working in Agriculture & Horticulture, Certificate of competence in Manual handling, Safe use of pesticides and sprays, Safe use of quad bikes and Trailer handling

I am an extremely hard working, conscientious, diligent and cheerful person who enjoys all aspects of agricultural work, both mechanical and manual. I have always worked outdoors and I have experience of most aspects of estate and farm work both livestock and arable. My experience includes:

Farm worker (Jan 18 present)

Arable farm. I am a member of a team of 12, responsible for the full cycle of carrot production across

1200 acres. Main duties: Tractor and equipment handling, telehandlers & farm vehicles.

Chatteris Contractor (Oct 17 Nov 17)

Arable farm. Contracted for maize harvesting of over 12,000 acres. My duties included tractor

(MF7718) and trailer work, carting maize from across the Fens to an aerobic digester plant.

Estate, Cambs Estate worker (Feb 17 Oct 17)

Organic livestock farm and estate. Main duties: Welfare of cattle, sheep, pigs and other livestock. Tractor

work and estate, woodland maintenance.

Farm, Eynsham, Oxon Contractor (July 16 Sep 16)

Arable Farm: Contracted for the harvest of over 1500 acres of wheat, barley & OSR.

Main duties: Carting of grain, topping, muck carting and grain store management.

Farm, Wilts Temporary farm worker (May 16 Jun 16)

Organic livestock farm. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the farm because of its organic farming

methods. Main duties: Well-being of beef cattle & young stock. Tractor work, topping, sileaging,

power harrowing, fencing and general farm maintenance.

Organic livestock farm. I assisted the owner in the running of the farm of rare breeds of sheep. Main

duties: Well-being of all the farm animals including sheep, chickens, ducks and goats, tractor work

and other mechanised tasks, woodland maintenance, fencing, planting and general farm work.

Estate warden (Sep 12 Sep 14)

Country estate. I worked as a volunteer estate warden at Stowe Landscape Gardens during and after

my agricultural college course. Main duties: Tractor work and other mechanised tasks, path

maintenance, fencing, planting, mowing, forestry and general estate maintenance and manual tasks.

Farm, Preston Bissett Farm worker (Feb 13 April 13)

Sheep farm. A short term (2 month) contract during the lambing season. Main duties: Day to day care

and well-being of 400 Suffolk and Easycare ewes.

Agricultural Contractor (Jan 11 Aug 12)

Arable contractor. My first job after leaving agricultural college where I worked as an apprentice. Main

duties: Tractor work, cleaning equipment, maintaining the workshop and general duties to support

the very busy contracting team.
