Herdsman 30 years experience-milking 280 Holstein and British Friesian cows in and 14/14 Alfa de Laval Parlour. Milk recording monthly with NMR. Vet check every 2 weeks this involved pd check. Prepared cattle for showing at Suffolk/ Norfolk shows. I have also milked in 10/10 Boumatic parlour and a 8/8 Westfalia swing over parlour.

Farming background

I have been in the farming industry for 30 years + I am currently milking 280 in Norfolk this included calving any cow and helping with vet check as well as every day care of the herd. Previously I was working in Suffolk. There I milked 140 cows, reared calves, fed and straw up beds. I did have a jcb licence while I worked there. I have been in the farming industry since leaving school, I am very enthusiastic and love working with cattle and new challenges!
