Work entailed collecting calves from fields, colostrum feeding via tube as necessary, bottle/teat bar feeding followed by milk re-placer & cake to weaning.Disbudding, vaccinating, calving and movement of animals. Movement of reels across pasture based platform & grass measuring.

I have 30 years practical work experience and I am 100% reliable with an excellent work ethic. Working in a variety of settings developed my range of skills in grounds maintenance projects. Experience includes 40 point rotary, 11/22 & 14/28 Herringbone & 40/40 swing over parlours. Spring & Autumn block calving duties on four pasture based dairy farms has introduced me to a more robust cross breed of dairy stock and sustainable land management. Experienced in Holstein/Friesian herds and the intensive care this breed requires to keep them in prime condition.
