All management related tasks, lambing, castration, worming, vaccination, scanning, tagging etc. Training and working border collies. Multiple seasons experience lambing on different farms with different breeds and farming systems - mainly in Scotland. • Cattle- New Zealand, 1350 Frisian X and Jersey X, through 60 bail rotary shed. Foot trimming and Calf rearing experience. Australia- 3000 Intensive dairy heifer rearing. Taking calves from 6 weeks through to until 3 months before calving. Tagging, branding, castrating, de-horning, weaner education, yard building and maintenance of water bores and troughs, pumps and diesel engines. Barb wire fencing.
