I did 8 months voluntary work at a Park farm working with rare breeds animals such as Longhorn cattle, Shropshire and Southdown sheep, Glocester Old Spot pigs. I did feeding all livestock pellets and haylage, checking stock health, mucking out stables and pens. I also did cleaning of stables, yard work and field walking.

Farming background

Did a year on a mixed farm while was at college.  Did 8 months voluntary work at a farm doing livestock work which was feeding all animals there, cows, sheep, goats and poultry.  Recent job was at a mixed farm, mostly arable.  Used sub-soiler combination to prepare ground ready for sowing, ploughing in heavy ground, Cambridge rolling and power harrowing.  Feeding the cattle silage and bedding down with straw using a Teagle Tomahawk.


Going to classic car shows, going to county and machinery shows, cinema, working on land rover, attending Grass and Muck at a Park, interested in agricultural machinery and tractors
