Farming background

Been working with cows since 15 with a bit of sheep work. Mainly dairy. Keen, hard worker always willing to learn and gain experience to add to what I have. Lived/worked in NZ for 2.5 years, knowledge of grass based systems and block calving units. Started as farm worker while I was at school and have worked my way up to Herdsman/herd manager where I currently am. No family farm but Grandparents farmed. Not afraid of hard work to achieve goals.

Enjoy playing and watching sport, Cricket and Rugby (although not playing so much rugby). Enjoy making and fixing things - recently taken up stick making. Go out on the motorbike when the weather is good, good way to explore the country. Enjoy shooting and fishing.
