Farming background

Grew up on a hill farm working along side my grandad working 2000 ish hill ewes, lambing about 700-800 ewes my self. Been on shearing courses, and can do a bit of shearing aswell. Moved onto a dairy farm as a farm worker and was the main tractor driver and feeder, I would use the telehandler to fill up the diet feed box twice a day with different concentrates and weights for the high and low yielders. Used a new kid bedder for bedding pens behind the tractor, used a bunning muck spreader a lot, kept my machines well maintained but cleaning then, washing them, keeping them greased and oiled. I now work for a small co tractor, there isn't much work happening like most contractors do, I have my own tractor there, which I make spotless before I leave the yard, the inside is always cleaned, I do a lot of slurry work and have done a lot of silage iver the years as well, I love driving, it's in my blood and have always wanted to leave here either temperary or full time for more experience.
