Currently contract shepherd working in the south west. Previously head shepherd on a sheep dairy in the south west . 2016/2017 farm manager on hill farm in the Lake District responsibility including all welfare of 1000 breeding ewes and finishing of fat lambs, also to maintain the 3,500 acres of pasture.  August 2015 - November 2016, Organic Sheep Dairy Assistant shepherd.   Duties included assisting head shepherd and farm manager to meet the farms targets for milk production within the flock of around 3000 Friesland sheep and in all welfare of stock including; medical treatments, lambing, feeding, TMR, bedding, shearing and milking. Daily responsibilities include; stock checks, feeding and sheep welfare and shearing and dagging when required. Experience in using dogs. August 2014 - August 2015  Agricultural Apprentice & GFW - Responsibilities included calf rearing, bedding, feeding, weaning, relief milking, sheep work and medical treatments.
