Initially not having not coming from a farming background, I started my working career as a Chef working in hospitality industry achieving a Head Chef position in a 5 star hotel in Sandbanks in Dorset. In 2012 my passion for agriculture got the better of me and I decided to enroll into agricultural college at Sparsholt. This is where my passion for the dairy industry started. I quickly took to early unsociable hours and fell in love with this industry. I also took up sheep shearing for some extra money which then led to me eventually starting up my own shearing company. With 2 seasons on the road I found myself wanting to plant roots in one place. I am currently employed with a dairy production company working on there logistics department but my passion for farming and want to push my career in agriculture further has resulted in my looking for my next step.
