Farming background

Agriculture wise I have only self taught and college taught knowledge, as well as a good amount of practical, hands on experience gained through the college, consisting of tractor driving, milking, husbandry tasks, livestock management and general farm work. Aside from agriculture I have been in full time employment within a supermarket for 6 years, since finishing my Animal Management course in 2011. My roles here have varied from general shopfloor and admin work, a team leader position, security and home delivery driving. I have gained various essential skills and ethics through this job, which although completely different from agriculture, will help me with future employment.

Currently a full time student, attending college Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Keen landscape, livestock and machinery photographer. I put a lot of time into personal fitness and studying when not at work. Passionate about looking after the countryside
