Worked on a velcourt managed farm down in Lincolnshire, my main duties were leading grain, maintenance, ripping up tramlines on a subsoiler and also done a small amount of grain drying.

Farming backgroundStudied at Askham Bryan College from 2012 - 2017 2015 - Lambing indoors with around 1000 ewes all different breeds for three weeks. Mondays I work as a student doing all types of general farm work. 2014- harvest for 8 weeks on a large arable estate in Bedfordshire, main responsibility was corn cart and lead fertiliser when needed. Lambing for 2 weeks with around 800 commercial ewes and 800 hill ewes. In harvest 2015 worked on an 1000 acre arable farm leading corn, driving a 920 axion operating a press, plough and 6m power Harrow. 2016 - night lambing supervisor at Askham Bryan college giving supervision to students and checking he night lambing shed. Three weeks lambing at an estates lambing 1010 ewes ranging from gimmers to fourth crop ewes. Dryer operator for 1600 acre farm, loading wagons, leading bales and drying grain 2017 - working on a mixed farm whilst studying a degree, stock of 80 suckler cows, 700 breeding ewes and 150 acres of arable, main duties include animal welfare, feeding cows, sheep management, animal husbandry. Worked for velcourt farms in Lincolnshire on a 4000 acre estate as a harvest student
