Farming backgroundBorn and raised on a farm, farming beef cattle, thoroughbred horses and sheep. Have worked for agricultural contractors in the past, spreading slurry, bailing silage, hedge trimming etc. Also spent 4 months in Lexington, Kentucky working on a stud farm, mainly working with brood mares and prepping yearlings for September sales in Keenland. Other general farm work, working for neighbours during the summer months. Dairy farmed in New Zealand for two years and north wales for 18 months both on large scale operations.
