CV Headline

I am a young enthusiastic man looking to extend my skills within the arable farming industry.  I have had many rolls from working with live stock such as pigs, sheep, etc.  I have also done a lot of tractor work and know my way around a John Deere well.  I'm currently not working but would love to get back on the farm where I feel comfortable and know what I'm doing.   Last year I worked the harvest season carting corn, oil seed rape and beans in 16 ton trailers with a 6920 John Deere.   I then went on to cart potato's with a flat bed trailer.  I have good road driving experience and I also have some workshop skills but I'm a quick leaner and normally only need to be shown once so I will try my hand at anything.

Farming background

After leaving school I went in to livestock farming where i spent a few years learning the day to day care of pigs. After witch I took a few years away from farming, but have never really got on with working indoors.  After moving to a new area I started work on a small holding working with goats, chickens, sheep and some ducks. It was only a temporary job for 6 months over the winter time after leaving there I went on to drive a John Deere 6920 - 7230 doing the harvest at a Strut and Parker farm.   I then went on to do potatoes at another farm and finished up ploughing and subs oiling for a farm in Colchester.  So yes, last year was quite a busy one and now looking to arrange this years season.

Spend time with the family and watch the football or f1 wen I get the chance .
