Currently on a large dairy as a tractor driver and relief milker, previously a shepherd on a 2000 head flock carrying out all duties of sheep farming, Day to day care of 1400 B&B pigs, Extensive telehandler experience, 7000 pig finishing unit, carrying out all duties and record keeping. This includes tractor/trailer use, medicine administrating, and general stockmanship. Had worked on a 280+ Holstein Friesian dairy unit, carrying out calving, milking, record keeping, and general farm work. I attended college and completed my 2 level 2 animal care qualifications.

Farming background

Currently on a large dairy farm working mainly as a tractor driver and relief milking, previously worked as a shepherd and pig stockman for around 1400 B&B pigs this includes extensive telehandler experience, but previously I was on 7000 pig finisher unit, but previously worked on a large Dairy farm - 280-300 cows milking twice daily. College - Small and large animals (livestock) - 300 sheep, 20 goats, and pigs. All aspects of livestock management was demonstrated and taught, and over the years woring in the industry I have gained numerous skills in general maintenance and handy man work, as well as plenty of domestic stock experience, tractor work, and pest control/shooting experience.
