A flexible, reliable and experienced person required to carry out field work for organic commercial-scale organic vegetable co-operative in south Devon.

The role entails drilling, planting, weeding (including burning) and other related tractor duties with specialist machinery.

The ability to maintain and repair machinery an advantage but not essential.

This role is primarily for around eight months each year and the remaining months there would be a requirement to work in the fields harvesting and weeding crops along with field crews.

Regrettably no accommodation is available with this position.

Full driving licence, fork lift certificate and previous working knowledge of vegetable cropping essential.

Hazardous/dangerous goods awareness, crop spacing and planning knowledge an advantage.
